You pick when to close. Most teams run a 5-10 day window. Team members respond in 8-10 minutes. The window closes on your date and all four reports generate within 90 minutes.

Yes. Aggregate reports never show individual responses. Each participant gets their own private report that only they see.

The reports still generate. The Debrief Briefing PDF will note the response rate. A response rate below 60% is called out as a limiter on interpretation.

Yes. Every purchase includes a free 90-day reassessment to measure movement. Additional reassessments are $750.

Aggregate results stay in the leader's workspace for reference. Individual responses are retained for the reassessment window then deleted. Nothing is shared outside your engagement.

No. The Debrief Briefing PDF is a full facilitator tool. Internal L&D or the leader themselves can run it. HPT Practitioners are for teams that want an outside voice in the room.

The Assessment is a digital product, non-refundable per Terms of Service. If the tool broke or the reports didn't generate, we'll obviously make it right.

The virtual debrief after a team's Assessment closes, or the in-person offsite when the team needs more. Facilitator briefings ship with every Assessment, so you're not reinventing the session each time.

You bill your client directly for facilitation, debriefs, and coaching. That stays between you and them. The Assessment fee itself is paid to Briggs Consulting through the site.
