What HPT Practitioners do
Deliver the debrief. Or the offsite. Or both.
- Run the virtual debrief with the leadership team after their report closes.
- Run the in-person offsite when a debrief is not enough.
- Facilitator briefings ship with every Assessment. You are not reinventing the session each time.
- Referral URL and a 20% Practitioner discount on other Briggs Consulting Systems for the coaches you send.
How Alesia approves
Case-by-case, no cohort.
HPT Practitioner rights are granted individually and always follow the same path. Not a course, not a class you pass. The instrument is IP, so approval is deliberate.
- 1Complete the application below. Include your resume and a short read on why HPT fits your practice.
- 2Alesia reviews. If it is a potential fit, she sends you a scheduling link.
- 3You meet. Real conversation about the teams you work with and how you would carry the instrument.
- 4If it is a fit, she sends the Practitioner Agreement covering proper use, IP, and confidentiality.
- 5You sign. Access is provisioned to the coach portal.
